About Hallo Graz: Hallo Graz is a technology platform operated by LITTLE CLOUD OÜ, an Estonian company. We provide a marketplace connecting travelers with independent tour guides in Graz, Austria.

Platform Nature:

  • Hallo Graz is a technology platform and marketplace only
  • We facilitate connections between customers and independent tour guides
  • We do not directly provide tour guide services
  • All tour guides are independent contractors, not employees of LITTLE CLOUD OÜ

Tour Guide Relationship & Vetting

Independent Contractor Status: All tour guides using the Hallo Graz platform are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of LITTLE CLOUD OÜ or Hallo Graz.

Vetting Process:

  • We make reasonable efforts to vet and verify tour guides on our platform
  • Vetting includes basic background checks and qualification verification where possible
  • However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by guides
  • Tour guides maintain full responsibility for their conduct and service delivery

Liability & Indemnification

Platform Limitation of Liability: LITTLE CLOUD OÜ and Hallo Graz are NOT LIABLE for any actions, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, or misconduct of tour guides.

Specific Exclusions of Liability:

  • Factual Information: We are not responsible for inaccurate historical facts, dates, or information provided by guides
  • Opinions & Commentary: We are not liable for personal opinions, political views, or subjective commentary expressed by guides
  • Safety & Conduct: We are not responsible for guide behavior, safety measures, or tour conduct
  • Service Quality: We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of tour services
  • Personal Injury: We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues during tours
  • Property Damage: We are not responsible for damage to personal property during tours

User Indemnification: By using the Hallo Graz platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LITTLE CLOUD OÜ, Hallo Graz, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of tour services or interactions with tour guides.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Hallo Graz platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Modifications

LITTLE CLOUD OÜ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Estonian law and jurisdiction.
